My Approach to documenting your wedding
What lies at the core of my soul when it comes to documenting your wedding day is creating memories that you will be able to look back on over and over again as the years pass by and allow you to feel every emotion you felt on that very day. The valuable connections between people is what inspires me and although a beautiful photo is nice to look at, real, raw and unscripted emotion captured when interacting with the people you love most, is what truly fills a heart to the brim.
I would best explain my approach to telling your story as a documentary style. I am there to guide you when needed because being infront of the camera does not always come naturally to everyone but I am there to help you and make it as much fun as possible but I will also document your day just as it is, unfolding authentically. When you look back on your photos I want it to feel 100% like you. I want you to look back at these memories to have all the emotions flood your heart remembering every special moment.

Once I receive your form I will send you an email with more information including my investments. I would love to set up a zoom call or a coffee date so we can see if we are a good match. I am basically your third wheel on your wedding day, a good connection is very important.
02. EXCITING PLANNING
I am here for you and to help making the journey leading up to your wedding day as easy as I possibly can. I will help with anything you need. We will plan your engagement shoot, I will help with recommendations of vendors that I have worked with and I will help with a timeline for your day to make it run smoothly so that you can enjoy each moment.
03. THE DAY
This is your big special day and I will be there to tell your story every step of the way. I will be there to guide you when you need it and also to stand back and allow your story to unfold and have you share in the most special day with those you love most.
FAQ
Why should we do an engagement shoot?
Engagement shoots are great for us to connect, for you to see how I work and to ease your nerves when it comes to taking photo's. It is also a great opportunity for you to do your make-up & hair trial to see how it will look on photo's.
What is needed to secure our date?
Once you have confirmed the investment you want to book I will send you a contract and an invoice. To secure your date a R4000 booking fee for photo investment only and R6000 for photo and video investments. Once I receive the POP and signed contract your date will be secured.
How far in advance should I book?
I book weddings a year in advance and only take a limited amount of weddings per year so I would say as soon as possible, especially with popular dates.
How do you charge travel?
I include 80km round trip in all wedding investments after that I charge R5.00 per KM. For Cape Town or non local venues I have an all inclusive travel package.
